Flying in our 'big basket' balloons on a shared flight? You only need to order your in-flight photo once, you do not need to order for every passenger on your voucher.

Your in-flight basket photo will be sent to you via e-mail after your flight along with a small selection of others showing the balloon you flew in (not necessarily during your flight), ideal for use on social media or to show your friends.

These photographs can be purchased at the 'checkout' when ordering your flight vouchers at £20.00

Refundable Voucher

If you are only visiting the area for a short time or you would have difficulty in rebooking a cancelled flight then this voucher may be the best for you.

• Price shown is per person. Flying in a balloon with other passengers.
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Our flying season runs from March to October. PM flight times can vary throught the season. The voucher is valid to fly any day of the week.
• Fly from our main four flight ares, Bristol, Bath, Westonbirt & Gloucester (excluding The Bristol Balloon Fiesta*, Somerset or Usk/Wye).

Child Voucher

Voucher for children aged 9 - 16 years.

• Child must be aged 9 or over and at least 4ft 6inches in height.*
• Children must be accompanied on the flight by a responsible adult.*
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable.
• If we are unable to fly due to unsuitable weather you will need to rebook your flight.
• Flying in a large balloon, four compartment basket with up to 15 other passengers.

Helium Balloon In A Box

A helium balloon in a box - a great way to receive the surprise of a balloon flight voucher.

We stock lots of different messages - a list will appear for you to choose from whilst booking. The gift box will be delivered on your delivery date (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays).

The helium balloon will float out of its box, attached to the flight voucher. The balloons shown are for illustration only, designs do vary - a large variety of balloon types are available, please call if you would like to discuss the options available. You can make your balloon selection and purchase £18.00 when you checkout and pay for the vouchers you have purchased.

A short personalised greeting can be printed onto the recipients Boarding Pass/Flight Certificate (please phone or email the office to give details of your message). Hence, balloons in boxes are only available in addition to flight voucher orders, regretfully, these cannot be sold if not linked to vouchers.

NB: When purchasing please select the 'Send Voucher By Post' option as this comes with the balloon. Regretfully, this service is only avaliable to mainland GB postcodes.

Refundable Child Voucher

• Children must be at least 9 and up to 16 years of age and accompanied by adult on the flight.

Would you like to fly for free?

If you can organise a small group this may be possible.
Book a group of 8, (yourself plus 7) friends, colleagues or family and your own flight voucher is free.
Based on purchasing our Classic or Weekday vouchers.
The group all to fly together in one of our larger shared balloons.
Vouchers are non-refundable, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Vouchers are valid for a year from date of purchase.
